Can't believe I've made it to day 5 - still got fingernails and I haven't slaughtered anyone yet!
Even survived a trip to the pub last night and a few drinks without wanting a ciggie even though I was with people who smoked.
So pleased with myself starting to wish I had done this years ago!

Being around smokers can be good sometimes, the smell of them puts you of lol *puts peg on nose*
And alcohol goes to ya head quicker, so getting drunk is cheaper :eek:

Even better news my other half has quit and is approaching his 24 hour mark at 9pm
