Hey guys. So im back on day one again. well to be exact first 5 hours..lol. i tried cold turkey first time. then patches for a real second go (5 days) and now im using the quick mist spray. which i must admit really hits the spot when those cravings come on strong.

My problem is, im completely cool when no ciggs in site, but when im with people who smoke its allto easy to ask for a cheaky one :p

but i really want this so ill crack on again.

anyone else using quick mist? how you finding it so far :cool:? xx

Hi Nikki, no experience of the mist but good luck with it. The early days are probably the most important to set your level of determination to succeed.

Can I ask your reasons for deciding to stop smoking?

You need to have the motivation whatever method you use. And don't feel deprived by not smoking, see it as escaping from a trap, which it is :D. If you stop smoking for long enough you will feel a sense of freedom you have never known before :D

Yes it's easy to ask for a cheeky one, but also easy not to and say no. :D

I'm around smokers at times and personally it spurs me on not to have one. It stinks and they don't appear to get enjoyment out of it at all. Why would I ask for one?

Hiya, I tried the quick mist last time I tried to quit but I didn't like it, think i've tried everything now - at one point I was waering patches, smoking an e-cig, using the inhaltor & the nicotine mini things :eek: Not a good look lol!!

This time it's champix & so far so good, had a few wobbles but haven't smoked :D

I'm hoping this time is my final quit (4th time lucky!)

Hiya thanks for the messages guys, i feel of the wagon on day 3 but i am back on here again as i am on day 1 again lol! i really dont want this nasty habbit, it seems ridiculous to me the amount a smoker risks just to carry on and not make a change.

I want to quit for my health and because i hate the feeling when i get out of bed and that horriable hunger i have for that over anything else. its so bad ill hold my morning pee and have a fag first!! so ridiculous.

hope you guys have all remained strong atleast, each time it does get easier because you know the traps, i know that much.

back on a mission hopefully you will see me post in day 4!!! :P xxx
