YASSSS - made it to room 3, feeling fine and even managed to do my work in the bar without piniching a ciggie off anyone

Was so impressed with myself - tho get this feeling that today may not be as easy as the last 2 days!

Well, everyone is different so hope you have a good day today :D. I was very agitated and restless on my day 3, but it settled down after that, so stay strong cos it does get better, and a week is gone before you know it :D.

Well done Loo ( cant call u looney taint right) the first few days are the hardest bit but 5 mths later u might realize they were easy really . i miss my early days of walking around the block 3 times a day whatever the weather, bless your wee dogs paws.
