Yup...join, join! We can motivate one another, I need to get my pants (trousers) to fit better as I have a fairly big muffin top to get rid of

It definitely does! Whoever said the best part of a muffin was the top didn't take that into account haha.
Am enjoying indulging in chocolate, which, honesty told is not new, and creating a lovely round midrift. Might take a few more weeks but once it's been perfected I'll be knocking on your door
ps Lisa .. I thought I better check the dictionary which says amongst other things 'Muffins on Muffins is general "Prep" slang for Arguing over the same general principle, agreeing, and not realizing your both on the same side of the argument.(lot of that goes on around here).. so relieved!

I started week five yesterday (2 wks Champix, 2 without cos of side effects) and am struggling this week, which means I'm turning to sweeties and nibbles!
I've never been a big eater and fortunately I'm not a chocaholic but I always have mints or similar on hand. At the moment I'm buying more and more minty sweets (humbugs, mintoes, etc) and seem to be reaching for more and more. Trouble is, having a fag was the 'end of eating' signal for my body (and mind) so I'm craving as much as I did in the first couple of weeks. :eek:
If the weather was better, I'd go out walking - when I've finished some prep for work, that is - but it's lousy up here in the North West.
Any inspiration would help!

I'm going to be making the 'Until the pants fit' active once again. I am still determined to tackle my weight issue alongside tackling the day to day non smoking. Currently, I think I have to lose around 50. With no smoking, that gives me lots of walking time. Cheers everyone.
