It kind of snuck up on me, but all I had to do was choose to not smoke, and keep making that choice, and this rather nice milestone was bound to come along :D.

I cannot say that I never think of smoking. But I can say that it is a rarer and rarer event. And that more often than not the thought involves something like "... and why did I ever start anyway...!"

To all the new quitters out there:- you are making one of the best decisions you will ever make. It CAN be done. And it truly does get easier.
