Afternoon all, seems the days are steaming along nicely. Going to the NS clinic at 6pm just to blow down the tube to prove no fags have been lit. My stress levels are down but my mood swings and bitchiness is still with me with a snapdragon effect poor OH. The only thing thats keeping me going is my determination and not allowing mr nicodemon to rule. Hope everyone is staying strong on their quit. Jacqui quit date: 10.2.12.
