Those nicotine free days sure do fly past fast. I rarely experience cravings although a few nights ago I dreamt I had just one cigarette and felt very bad about it indeed. My girlfriend quit one month ago and it's such a relief not to have to sit at the outside tables in the cold at pubs and cafes just so the nicotine itch can be satisfied. My girlfriend has put the money she is saving into a loan for a brand new car. As the no smoking day is approaching I would like to thank everyone on here for helping me in quitting cigarettes. And I would like to encourage anyone who is currently smoking to take the opportunity to quit. If I could quit successfully after the 100th odd attempt, then anyone can.

Well done, and well done to your girlfriend. That's a good quit you have there, good to see you are only smoking in your dreams:eek:
