Hello all

Well it looks as though I have done it. Had my last fag on the 18th Feb, and nothing since.

The best part is that I feel great about it mentally - no wallowing in pity, no screaming with rage.

Physically, I feel like crap, but I know that will sort itself out soon enough.

I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has helped me to get this far. This forum is amazing.

The forums are named according to the number of weeks/months you've been quit.

The Penthouse is simply the forum for those who haven't smoked for 1 yr. You will find that people will talk about .....when I reach the Penthouse etc.

The Penthouse of course exceeds everyone's wildest dreams It's 5 star, the utmost in luxury & everything you've ever wanted:cool:
