Well I managed to make it to day 25 but had some really close calls with smoking yesterday. After reading some other post it seems many people get cravings around this time so I'm going to stick it out and hope today is better. Especially for the people around me.
Day 25: Well I managed to make it to day 2... - No Smoking Day
Day 25
Almost a month your doing great. craves are best dealt with head on. they dont last long see them for what they are, something u used to do in particular situations and remind yourself that your going to say no to this crave, and then get on with something else. I found at the early stages of my quit that it was best to keep it one hour@a time one challenge@atime then 1 day @atime.
This little story sums it up for me
A hundred smokers were asked if they could quit smoking for ever , they all said no . they were then asked if they could do it for an hour. they all said yes. A day. all said yes.
Keep on keepin on

Hey Sparky,
Good Job getting into week 3
Week three was a tough week for me too, it gets easier, though.
You got this
25 days for you. well done sparky!
Well done Sparky, you are doing great
Thank you everyone for your support. I'm not sure what’s causing all this desire for a smoke again but I sure don't like it.
I went away for a few days with some friends fishing, relaxing, drinking and laughing and I didn't have the desire to smoke once. I come back home (and work) and the cravings come barging back in - I don't like where this is headed.
Hey Sparky,
Hang in there buddy, your almost able to say "I quit a month ago".
You can do it!!!
:)Well done Sparky, heres to the next 25. Stay strong and keep ontrack.
