Hi everyone! Day 48...it is a beautiful thing! LOVE living smoke free!

FEB 29 it will be 50 days of NO SMOKING!!! I win! LOL!

I can smell again...no real notice in tasting food. Seems the same.

I know within myself, I am doing GREAT..and that is satisfying.

Keep going everyone! Your body...you own it...we need to treat it right!

I have gained probley 5lbs or better. but that is ok!!!
