Hi all,
Came across this forum a couple of days when i was really struggling, ive made it to day 7 after smoking for around 13-14years and most recently on a 20+ a day habit.
This has been my first serious attempt at a quit and Ive surprised myself getting this far....im still getting cravings, today was a tough day in fact but hopefully i can keep it up now having managed a week (in four hours time!).
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks to everyone on here (ive been reading and its been helpful - especially with todays outbreak of spots which wasnt a great start to the morning!) and good luck! Im far from over it but hopefully im getting there!
