Hi everyone, I'm Shell and I'm currently on day 1 of quitting my 20 a day habit. I tried in November and only lasted 4 days and felt very disappointed in myself. However i do feel like i have a very different attitude towards it this time. Been reading all your posts and found it very helpful. Good luck to all those on day 1 and the people planning on quitting. I'm sure I'll be on here looking for advice or just a bit of moral support at times.
