Day 2, part way through

Hi all,

Ok, so this is my first time of posting on here. Been reading a bit recently in the build up to quitting smoking and it has been useful.

I quit once before for a year, but then fell back in the habit while travelling and smokes were cheaper than a bottle of coke in South East Asia!! My motivation for quitting again now is that my wife is due to give birth to our first child at the end of March. I wanted to do all that I can to ensure I was smoke free by the time the little one meets me!

Anyway, Day 1 was hard. I was helped through by the use of the inhalator, plus going to bed early to avoid any temptation!!

Day 2 has started off very similar to day one, although possibly slightly less cravings so far, so I'm still in a positive frame of mind about it all.

Just wanted to introduce myself, and hopefully see you all in the Day 3 section tomorrow!!! :)
