Today is hard work, the hardest so far.
Was it this hard last time? It probably was. I've got lozenges on standby but don't want to use them as that will just increase the nicotine in my blood.

Hi. I feel like that today, only my second day but I am determined. At least we are all going through the same thing! we will support each other!
Keep it up, it's mind over matter and you have to train your brain - it can be done. I'm literally saying what everyone else says and I believe it's true, I have been off the nasty nicotine now for four days, sometimes I think this is easier than I thought and then like everyone I have my not so good moments/days when I think omg I can't do this but I think after trying to quit smoking so many times I think what truly helps is the knowledge that you know it's going to be hard, you know you are going to crave but there is a light at the end of the tunnel and it can be gotten through, hope this helps xx
