DAY 27!!! HOOORRRAAYYYY!!! I can't believe it, but its TRUE!

What has worked for me: I have no co-workers that smoke.

No one in the household smokes. I take a 1/2 lozenge tablet

when I have a fit...and its takes the urge away! Under the tongue!

Staying focused...and knowing each day gets easier!
