Day 37

Hi everyone, Day 37 for me & feeling ok, over the last couple nights though I've been having dreams or nightmares (depends which way you want to look at it) which at some point involve smoking & saying oh well just the 1 wont hurt!! I've woken up feeling disappointed that I fell off the wagon but in reality I'm well and truly on the wagon Hummm not sure what to make of it really!!

I went through those dreams too. Ended up being really chuffed when I realised that another day was starting, and it was all just a dream..

It fades though thankfully.. Keep at it!
