Week 2

Well its the first time Ive been in here for a while. Glad to see no one I know has slipped back in with me lol.

Ive got a good start behind me before posting began this time so hopefully Im back on my way. Still using the lozenges as they really do seem to take the edge of the cravings.

I had a look at my reasons to quit again and they are still the same, although I would say now that my grandson is top of the list and COPD second. My choice as my grandson is my world.

Anyway heres to week 2.
