Well I'm so pleased with myself, I've stayed off cigarettes for a week, had a couple off days were I could easily picked up a cigarette, but I didn't, I was especially bad yesterday cause I went out for lunch & when I went outside after my meal & seeing people smoking, I was nearly in tears but, I got over it, so I'm well pleased with myself & I've really started eating healthy, lot more fruit.

Well done Pauline, that's a massive achievement! I'm on day 5 and doing ok. I know what you mean about seeing other people smoking after a meal...it's a trigger for me too. Slap yourself on the back for this one!
