I am so proud of myself for getting here although I have had a couple of tough days !! Going to come off the patches tomorrow and try cold turkey, I have done it before so I know I can do this. Just being positive helps 
Also helping is the walking and trying to lose some weight, drinking lots of water is good !!

Congratulations on day 7 of your quit . I'm right there with you. It's feeling great to be smoke free and I'm rediscovering sense of smell and taste. Trying to keep busy by going lots of walks and distracting myself with housework, not usually may favourite pastime!.
Keep up the good work. Here's to another week under our belt. Good luck with going cold turkey, you can do it.
