Day 120:
Well thats 4 months for me. The things I've noticed most are:
I have more money in my pocket.
My fitness level is up.
I no longer seem to pick up any old "lurgy" thats doing the rounds.
My skin looks healthier.
My sense of smell has returned.
My appetite has returned.
My time keeping has improved.
I no longer smell of smoke (Hurrah!).
I've tried to come up with some witty and inspirational post to help others but
have come to realise, getting to Day 120 is inspirational enough (or should be).
never quit quitting.
