So here we go again, cant believe it. This time its personal, I feel better equipped this time around. I got to day 10 and was so happy with my self I decided I had been good enough to treat myself to one, which led to two and then three etc :confused: I thought I was one of the lucky ones who could have just one, how wrong was I. I had no self control.

Well here goes again cupboard stocked with boiled sweets, NHS quit wall chart in place (+ fun stickers eek)and a whole lot of will power in stock!

I want that feeling of accomplishment back. No regrets, onwards and upwards!

Lesson learned! Only pick up that one cigarette and light it if you're prepared to pick up the next thousands that follow it. Otherwise NOPE - Not One Puff Ever!

Really glad to see you're back on the wagon so quickly. Chin up, one day at a time, you can do this.
