All is going quite well. I've changed brand on the lozenges which has helped a lot and hardly using the mouth spray (maybe twice a day). Went to friends last night and there were a couple of smokers. I must admit that I did feel a pang, but remained focused and survived!
The biggest difference at the moment is how calm I am, it's a great feeling!

You may have picked up that read/educate can really make the difference on how your quit progresses. At the moment you're making use of supplements but eventually those will be put aside. Nothing to be scared of...just freedom from slavery
I've spent so much time reading about this process. I plan to start weaning myself of the supplements at the end of this week. With three children and a full time job, I need to keep as much sanity as possible.
I'm aiming to find a new 'project' too, just to help me to stop thinking about this constantly.
Emotions hitting again tonight. Go away....please!

Regards the end of the week, don't be afraid to reassess if you're feeling completely out of sorts. As you say keeping sane is the better outcome. The main thing is that you've come thus far and getting more practised at not smoking. Plus deep down you now know that you're quite capable of surviving without them...these last few days have proven that
Erm...I'm guessing the 'go away' was directed at the emotions
