Hi all just thought id poke my head round the door. Im thinking i should go to the no smoking clinic as i really got to get this sorted once and for all. Just listening to my OH is making me want to quit he has this horrible cough and his breathing is so bad. He will not go to the drs and he wont quit either. So im making my appt tomorrow. I know deep down i can get to 4 months its just i get so evil and downright miserable as i guess we all do. So keep you posted. Love to all my buddies. Jacqui

Good to see that your are starting to develop your next plan, Jacqui. I so hope that this quit goes your way this time. You know how to do it, and you know where those pitfalls are - every attempt to stop teaches you something, I believe.
