Hi peeps. just to let you know i still handing in there. Feel rather good with myself.
Went shopping earlier and really fancied a cig as i walked out the shop. I stood there and had a battle with my alto ego, should i get 10 or not thing. Very happy to say i ended up just walking out shop in the end taking big deep breaths.

When I look at the cigarette counter now, my main emotion is the shock at the price of them! :eek:
