Wow, I am almost out of here. It feels strange to be moving again. Before you know it I will be in another month and then 2 month will of gone by and then a year. All I can say is look out day 22( week 4) here I come....ppat

i am out of here too tomorrow . how are you finding your quit . mine has been pretty good as a rule but the last couple of days i have really felt like lighting up. i guess it will pass. been at this for a while now though. best of luck.

Well done Pat - just stick with it!

I found that when I hit my first 28 days, my confidence really started to build, and I knew that I was going to be ok. Don't lose sight of that one year mark - it's really worth aiming for!

Thanks for the vote of confidence. This is my second quit. My first was 11 years ago after a cancer diagnosis. This time is for good! I was up to 60 cigarettes a day. Scared me good. I have no real desire to ever smoke again, just the normal twinge now and then. I think my body realizes it just can't do it anymore...LOL

Looking forward to all of my tomorrows smoke free and happy...ppat
