Day 6. Still here :-)

125 cigarettes not smoked.

A difficult few days. Yesterday was tough, I was emotional, I've had 3 hours sleep, had two dreams where I was smoking and I've been so bloated (with the urge to do a massive burp...sorry!).

More positive today. Not so hungry, so am trying to eat small portions and avoid anything heavy. I have also developed a strange craving for Earl Grey tea!

I've taken the afternoon off work and usually I'd come home and pop into the garden for a fag or three. I am trying to adjust to a new routine and it's ok so far.

All in all, not too bad but I am desperate for a good nights sleep and to lose the grumbling stomach!
