Day 4 - Cold Turkey

Hey

Day 4 has arrived, so my body should officially be free of all nicotine!! Mentally im still staying positive. Physically im starting to feel a bit run down like im about to get the cold or something. I also have a strange metalic taste in my mouth (weird).

These are the positves and negative so far:

Positives:

I have managed to get out of bed without a full on half hour battle with the snooze button these last two days.

Energy levels are definately up.

After wondering what the nice smell i kept getting wafts of yesterday was, i discovered it was my own perfume - my sense of smell has returned.

food is tasting sooo amazing!

Just some of the good things ive noticed - as for the negatives...........there are none!!!
