Day 20, can't quite believe it really, when I first quit my first goal was to be smoke free for 1 day, the 2 then 3..... you get the idea!! So now on day 20 the next target is 1 month, will take it day by still and fight those Fecking cravings when they turn up & see how it goes!!
The farting has calmed down today which is good news especially for my work colleagues, the office was not a good place to be yesterday!!lol
