Hi all,

I am on day 4 of not smoking,i have gone from 20 a day to nothing since starting tabex 7 days ago and i cannot beleive it, had to order online but well worth it. Ive been smoking since i was 16 and im now 33. I have had a bit of a wobbly day today so far, from reading around abit i see alot of people are struggling around days 4 and 5, thankfully the yearning only lasts for a cpl a mins then im fine. Must say i am so happy with myself, so many times ive tried half heartedly and failed miserably but now i seem to have this resiliance, The tablets are most definatly assisting my war on nicotine, but my upper most motivation is my 3 children and no 4 which is due in june. Really am looking forward to the rest of my life now healthier and richer.

Hi how are you getting on with the quit, i quit on the 12th of January using tabex. Its hard finding any info and reviews on them, I have finished the course and quit smoking has only really began for me now they really did block out the smoking urge.
