Keep going....felt a bit the same myself today 
Ahh cigarettes, our old familiar friend. Starting to miss you deeply and wish you were here. Fortunately, that just won't happen. That part of our lives is gone now and won't be coming back. Pretty soon we will be making new friends and those smokes will be a faint memory. Until then, stay strong, and stay free.
