day 18+99 . hi all day 18 and doing well nearly in the 1 month room . quit going really well. time seems to be going by quite fast . as long as i stay off the booze i don't seem to have any problems. not gonna make that mistake again. good luck all my fellow quitters.

Oh yea booze is the worst for smoking! It actually stops me from feeling a bit sick with it, which I ordinarily would after a quit (!). In fact that's how I started again 5 years ago.

btw what does the +99 mean?
