day 17+99 . got hardly any sleep last night it's just so Damm cold in here . it's like being in the freezer . anyway the quit is going fine and no craves today so far. some body asked me for a cigarette in the street yesterday and it felt good to be able to say sorry i don't smoke. to all those 17 dayers hang in there because in 2 or 3 weeks the tide will turn and it will start getting better. best of luck.
