So here I am, saying a belated hello to week 2. Feeling much more positive about this quitting larking (after my meltdown on Friday) although not complacent! I know to expect the unexpected :confused:
For today I am a non smoker and as proud as punch about it

Thank you for your replies as I have a bit of time on my hands I want to reply to you all
Sara - yep I am very positive about this quit which is why I think it's working and because I'm turning into a boring old fart and spent my Saturday night in reading a book about smoking cessation 
David - I will always watch out for it and remain vigiliant - I know I have a long long way to go yet! Thank you for your continued support xxxx
