Day 80

Have not smoked for 80 days and have extended my life expectancy by 4 Days and 3 Hours, by avoiding the use of 1190 nicotine delivery devices that would have cost me £465.96.

I'm proud of those stats. Been up and down the last week trying to keep a reign on those old emotions.....hard but done it. How to totally bamboozle a male work colleague....burst into tears LOL! Poor guy.
