well here i am just joined this forum and proudly coming to the end of week 2 .never thought i would get here . coping ok now first three days absolute nightmare main thought now ,one cigarette tho you still feel you are missing out cause all those nicotine receptors to reactivate and i aint going back to day 1 .

Hi Chris,day 14 here today,never thought id get this far either..feel slightly proud of myself ;)..I aint giving up giving up either,come too far now. My cravings just come out of the blue once or twice a day so not too bad,its just the tiredness im not coping with x

Day 14 here too and feeling a lot better today,yesterday???.well that was a bad day...........on the positive side I am sleeping again at last.well so far so good for the last 2 nights...........may have something to do with the rumpy pumpy going on lol !!!!!

Looking forward to the start of week 3 and reading how you are all doing.
