So here we are on Day 13, not had a craving since Day 11, (hope this is sign of things to come) the voice in my head has faded a little but still remain very cautious as it could come back at any moment:eek. Off to the pub tonight for a few jars Not overly worried because the person I'm going with quit smoking about 20 yrs a go so will have his full support!!
