Day 11 :-)

Hi all,

I am at day 11 and not one puff since quiting.

I still have massive cravings but don't think about the act of smoking anymore.

Cravings are perfectly handleable with NRT.

I went for a full on lifestyle change, cut out fags, booze, I am dieting and excercising. So 11 off the cancer sticks and 5 ib lost in the last six days so pretty much on an even keel at the mo.
