Day 12 - seems ok

I am on Day 12 now. I seem to be doing ok. I have had the odd craving but I pushed them away. Not much else to say, just wanted to drop by and say i'm still going It's not a very helpful post for people browsing for advice so sorry about that All I can really say is keep going and think what is smoking actually going to help you with in the long run?

People are saying that my skin looks better, I wouldn't noticed but it's all good! and I have less problems with my gums since stopping too :rolleyes:
