1 month, 1 week & 4 days. Cant believe that I ve gotten this far. 836 cigs not smoked. Doesnt feel real. Hard to think of myself as a strong enough person to say no to cigs after ten years of jump........'how high?' with cigarettes. Now, I dont even think of cigs?!?!! 
Doesnt feel like me. Guess my head needs to catch up!?!

I did it with champix although I only took it for 2 weeks as it changed my moods considerably. Had my first 2 weeks & took that religiously, I was extremely irritable and nauseasous on the 1mg tablets. Got my second dose and couldnt face taking it anymore. Changed my personality completely. But as I have said to others - 1 month of grief is worth so much more than continuing smoking. Hassle and side effects are worth every little bit to me, not nice but it really worked for me!
