Yesterday by far has been my hardest, now onto day 4 and the cravings are controllable, still a very tight throat and chest and a rapid development for subway instead of the ciggy shop, sleeping improved as well.

Well they are very moorish so not surprising im like that with malteasers they are small and light and im sure they pop or something because one minute i have a bag full and the next itssss empty

Thanks, never ate so much in my life and not felt sick, I've swopped all the plates for a pig trough :D and by the end of the week I'll look like the below. hahaha
