Relapse

Hi guys, and thanks to veryone for your kind messages.

I'm affraid I've relapsed. Later in the night, just after we lost grandad, I had a phone call from my parents -- my aunt passed away earlier in the evening.

My OH is in a very bad way -- really close to grandad -- and I have to provide as much support as I can while greeving myself for both him and my aunt.

I was in total shock and started to smoke a few that was offered by a relative. I did it without even realising. Of course, I'm not smoking now.

I'm not going to worry too much about it. My mind wasn't it the right place. But I'll carry on. I'm a bit of a mess at the moment, so I may not post here for a while.
