Hi Every one.
This is my first time on this forum.
This is my 8th day as a non smoker. So far i have had good days and bad days but trying my best to stick with it! I was smoking about 20 a day (more if i was out drinking!)
I have heard alot of ex smokers complaining that they put on a lot of weight when they quit. Im trying to eat healthy foods and avoid snacking. Does any one else have any advice?
