Just remember all you quitters out there, new and experienced.
If you are having a bad day:
someone's pranged your shiny new car or
you are stuck in a trafik jam or
the cat's gone missing or
the neighbours being a twit,
the kids up the street are behaving like divy's,
your boss is a complete W*$ker
Having a smoke will not make any of the above go away or better.
