Hi, you should try SmokeLess for Android, it's free and it's really good. You can find help and advices to quit smoking, besides you'll be able to keep track of the cigarettes you smoke in case you are trying to reduce the daily amount, it shows the results with graphics and there's also a message board to read encouraging messages from other people trying to quit.....

ohhh hadnt thought of an app before mind you a vision of my phone developing a hand and slapping me and "shouting you dont smoke" when i went to light up made me smile be good thought hehe i will have a look round and download one when i do start my day ((gulp)) 1 :confused: i want to do this i keep telling myself this again and again but its still scaring me :eek:
