4 months smoke free!

4 months today!!

Feel fantastic to be free of the need to smoke.

My plan is still on track to run a marathon this year. Training has been going on all over Christmas, and I celebrated 120 days yesterday with a 19km run!

Hope all my "homies" from the SSS are still hanging in there!!

It is truly Inspirational to know that in less than two months you will have been quit HALF a year or 6 MONTHS or 182.5 DAYS.

If memory serves me correctly I am 9 Days behind you, so I would guess the same applies to me
