Got through another weekend watching my son playing football with smokers all around me. Don't miss it one bit. The smell!! makes me wanna puke.

hi jim im new to this site just signed up 10 minutes ago and have no idea on how to use this i have been reading alot for peoples blogs everyday i quit smoking 10 day ago and today has been the hardest me partner started quitting with me and he gave it and brought a packet of smokes on day 7 and i just come on here for support
