Thanks for your help forum and especially the October quitters (including the fallen)!!!

Still have memory loss every now and again thinking 'fag break time' but these are becoming less and less. I am over the biscuit stage and now my vice of choice is polo mints!!! OH still smokes...getting to hate the smell of smoke & perfume together (she tries to hide it).

those next 100 days will soon pass and then the next and those moments of forgetting will just get weaker and weaker but you will still get the odd intense urge which will get you thinking wtf :eek: but just ignore it it will pass

well done to you clare getting to day 9 you will get there honest most of us long term quitters never thought we would and sometimes i still think how did i manage it

and i did it with the help of this forum and the wonderful people that were here for me and also just taking each crave as it came along and remembering to keep busy till it passed
