Hello Week 2.

Had a pretty heavy night out last night and all good. I even stood with some friends when they smoked and temptation was not even there. I still think i have a long way to go but i feel i have passed one of the biggest tests.

Hope eveyone is doing well and having a good weekend.

I am here just finished work (started at 6 this morning) not good so ended up not going out think that was a good thing for now. Still got a very annoying cough and sore chest so here's to week 2
