day 8 and things are going to plan. one thing i have noticed is that i tend to wake up with a dry mouth. i guess the answer to that is drink plenty of fluids before going to bed. nothing worse than waking up with a bone dry mouth. you all have a nice smoke free day.

yes i have a slight sore throat too. think it's down to the drying out. only down one side though. just as well.

the headache has gone . thanks for your concern . just got a slight sore throat at the moment nothing too painful though. think it was from my mouth and throat drying out in the night . gonna ask my doctor to take a look at it tomorrow better safe than sorry. i doubt its anything too serious though. could be the menthol in my electronic cigarette liquid. we'll see i suppose. have a nice day

a couple of roll ups

yes i don't think that a couple of roll ups made any difference .i still feel like I've quit for a 107 days . not enough to get me hooked again. its pretty much plain sailing i am glad to say. for me when i got to three months things got much easier. as they are now. hope it stays this way. best wishes to all
