Happy new year all. well im officially 3months quit today could have sworn it was 4 yesterday must be the weird time warp thing you get when you quit. i used my last patch yesterday. god is it only 3mths that iv been using them feels like forever.. i still use my inhalator but to be honest i rarely put in a cartridge neither do i puff on it i chew on it. its now a habit i dont think its an addiction just something i like doing like popping bubble wrap. there are times when i wouldnt do without it but i dont need it cos sometimes i forget it and just get on with things and say wow look at me doing it without smoking.Iget a good buzz from that and the world can fall apart and go mental around me and i tell myself wow babes youve quit smoking aint nothing gonna rain on that parade. hope you all survived the xmas hostilities, i had a few near misses and even survived having to breathe someones smoke but not for long i soon let them know about it. i wasnt so much angry as forthright it just erupted like a volcano. the whole world came to a standstill as i spewed out my truth and let them know what aint allowed in shared airspace. i should work for the U,N . id soon sought it all out
